As PayShepherd continues to grow at a rapid pace, we're seeking a talented Product Manager to join our growing team. As an early member of the product team, you will have a direct impact into shaping the future of the product and team. You'll report to the Director of Product and collaborate closely with many stakeholders across the organization. If you're interested in reshaping the future of Heavy Industry - the backbone of our economy - then this position is for you Your Responsibilities will include: Product Strategy and execution: · Develop the strategy for your product area(s) that aligns with company and customer goals · Define and maintain the product roadmap for your product area(s), outlining key features, functionality, and timelines · Gather requirements, create user stories and prioritize sprint to sprint, and quarter to quarter Collaboration: · Collaborate closely with the development and design teams to drive product development from concept to launch · Collaborate with the revenue teams (Client Success and Growth) to develop market facing materials for product launches to drive successful adoption · Facilitate workshops that foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning Product Discovery: · Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, and more) with all user types · Synthesize and present findings back to stakeholders to drive alignment on product strategy and roadmap Product Analytics: · Track and measure product success, adoption, and growth with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) · Use product data as evidence to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and the product development lifecycle
- Track record of delivering successful products to users
- Extremely curious and willingness to dig down into the root of the problem
- Excellent communicator and storyteller, you will be talking to many stakeholders and users
- Ability to break down complex concepts into understandable pieces for audiences of all kinds
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions and measure product success
- You have experience in the payment processing or financial technology (FinTech) industry
- You have experience and exposure to systems and tools used in the heavy industries and manufacturing space.
