Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Controller role located in Barrie, ON. The Controller will oversee all aspects of financial management and reporting, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and preparation of financial statements. Additional responsibilities involve monitoring internal controls, analyzing financial data to support decision-making, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies. The Controller will also lead and develop the finance team, providing strategic guidance to meet the organization's financial objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting principles and financial analysis
• Experience with accounting software and financial systems
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
• CPA designation
• Proven experience in financial management or as a Controller is a strong asset or relevant experience
