Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist in preparing pasta, sauces, proteins, pizzas, and daily specials
Maintain proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards
Help keep the kitchen organized, clean, and efficient during service
Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Prior experience as a line cook or in a professional kitchen (Italian cuisine a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Passion for food quality and consistency
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
Food handler's certification is preferred
