Key Responsibilities- Develops and maintains creative store layouts and product merchandising strategies.
- Works with the leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
- Assists in analyzing sales reports and labor metrics.
- Maintains advanced product knowledge and develops awareness of new products.
- Fosters a positive environment of outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale.
The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office and operations-related applications.
