About
As a Cook II, you will play a key role in the preparation and presentation of menu items under the direction of a supervisor. Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring food quality meets customer expectations, and collaborating effectively with the kitchen team.
This position requires proficiency in various cooking techniques, including baking, broiling, grilling, sautéing, roasting, blanching, and more. A culinary school graduate or 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen are preferred. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in stressful situations.
