Hakubai, the fine-dining Japanese restaurant is seeking for a skilled Sushi Cook to join our team with knowledge in Itamae/Kaiseki. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Japanese cuisine, strong knife skills and commitment to excellence in presentation, flavor and guest experience.
This is a full-time position. The restaurant will operate evenings from Tuesday through Saturday.
