This role is central to our logistics success, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to all procedures, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The ability to manage multiple priorities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of warehouse logistics are essential. Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize warehouse inventory levels.
- Coordinate the timely and accurate processing of inbound and outbound shipments.
- Supervise and train warehouse personnel to ensure high performance.
- Implement and enforce all Safety policies and procedures, including PPE usage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Develop and implement process improvements for logistics efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse coordination or management.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in logistics operations and inventory control.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace Safety and compliance.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting tasks.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
