About
_Great Lakes Orthopaedic Center is hiring for a Full Time Physical Therapist to join our team of compassionate and skilled staff. This position requires the ability to work at two different locations: The primary location of work is in in Cadillac, but flexibility is required to work from our Traverse City office as operational needs dictate._
_The Physical Therapist at Great Lakes Orthopaedic Center will work with a talented team who specialize in orthopedic outpatient therapies including patients who are recovering from injuries and surgery to regain their mobility. You will work closely with our providers and team to provide both rehabilitative and maintenance care to patients. _

*Job Responsibilities may include:*
· Assessing the patient’s health history
· Diagnosing their functions and movements
· Developing and implementing a specialized care plan for patient benefit
· Maintains appropriate documentation
· Prepares and submits all clinical billing in a timely manner
· Meets the annual goals and objectives that are consistent with the values and mission of Great Lakes Orthopaedic Center
*Skills and Preferred Qualifications*
· Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
· Current Michigan Physical Therapist license in good standing
· Previous experience in outpatient clinic setting preferred but not required _(New Grads welcome to apply)_

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
