*Duties*
* Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand individual health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals
* Apply advanced techniques such as pain management strategies and physiology-based therapies to optimize results
* Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate treatment plans for ongoing wellness
* Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient responses, and progress in compliance with medical terminology standards
* Ensure a welcoming, comfortable environment that prioritizes exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
* Stay current with industry best practices, occupational health guidelines, and new massage modalities to continually enhance service quality
*Requirements*
* Valid licensure as a Massage Therapist in accordance with the State of Indiana
* Proven experience in patient service, with a focus on patient assessment and personalized care delivery
* Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
* Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
* Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with diverse clients
* Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
