About
*Position Details*
* *Contract Type:* Full‑time, 2025‑2026 school year
* *Schedule:* Monday – Friday, 32 – 37.5 hours per week
* *Pay:* $55 – $72 per hour (DOE & location)
* *Caseload:* K‑12 (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
*Key Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students’ speech and language abilities.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
* Provide direct and consultative therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders.
* Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to integrate therapy goals into the curriculum.
* Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress.
* Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development of IEP objectives.
* Stay current on evidence‑based practices in speech‑language pathology.
*Requirements*
* Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid Florida SLP license (or eligibility).
* Previous school‑based experience preferred.
