Ready to Launch a Lasting Career? Apply Now! Your Responsibilities Will Include: Conducting thorough inspections of homes from attic to crawl space. Building trust with clients by clearly discussing your findings and recommending effective treatment options. Closing sales by highlighting the value and long-term benefits of Orkin’s services. Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation on a company-provided iPad. Working independently, prioritizing your schedule, and maximizing leads and independent opportunities. Representing Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the sales process. What We Offer: Top Earning Potential:
Average first-year earnings between $80,000 and $100,000 (base salary plus commission). Unlimited Commission:

Are comfortable climbing, crawling, and working in diverse weather conditions. Minimum Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid). Capable of safely using a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Willing to access crawlspaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. Will wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may require an OSHA-compliant respirator.
