Job Summary:
Join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Distribution Center Associate. This role is essential for the smooth flow of goods within our extensive logistics network. You will be involved in various warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. We are looking for dedicated individuals who prioritize safety, accuracy, and efficiency in their work. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
  • Organize and store inventory in assigned locations within the distribution center.
  • Efficiently pick orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment, ensuring correct labeling.
  • Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, verifying contents.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as trained and certified.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including aisles and work areas.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, utilizing required PPE at all times.
  • Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational targets and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to read and understand labels, manifests, and instructions.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Willingness to wear and properly use all necessary PPE, including safety vests, gloves, and eye protection.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety and operational procedures.
  • Team player attitude with good communication skills.
