• Primarily Monday-Friday with weekend rotation 1-2 weekends every 3 months
• 40 hour per week guarantee
• 5.5 points per day with adult home health care
• Home health setting
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
• Home health experience strongly preferred with training consideration
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
