What Were Looking For: Strong people skills and confidence in public engagement Energetic and enthusiastic personality Self-starter who can work independently Experience in fundraising/face-to-face sales (preferred but not essential - full training provided) Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors Full UK driving license and access to your own car everyday (essential) What You'll Get: £25.4k guaranteed basic salary Weekly pay uncapped bonuses (giving a realistic OTE £46k) Full training provided Opportunities for progression Regular incentives and bonus Generous referral scheme.
