| Senior Sales Operations Manager |**What we are looking for:**
You are an experienced Senior Sales Operations Manager with a strong background in the travel industry and a proven track record of leading and developing teams of managers. You’ll bring strategic leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to drive performance across a global sales operations function.
Additionally,* You will possess high amounts of initiative to deal with challenges and suggest solutions to the Head of Sales Operations and Ticketing* You will be resilient to pressure, whilst remaining calm and clear minded.* Proven track record of managing a successful team · Committed to achieving success through the development of processes and procedures* Patient with others and willing to transfer own knowledge and experience to others ·* Comfortable working on projects alone and within a team and happy to turn their hand to any project content* A highly organised, reliable and flexible team player* Maintains a positive, motivational outlook and attitude, especially during challenging situations* Have a passion for self-development and to proactively improve knowledge and learn from experiences* Effective communication with diverse audiences and stakeholders by tailoring communication to their preferences* Good understanding of Office 365 including MS Word, Excel, SharePoint and Outlook.

As the Senior Sales Operations Manager you will be responsible for supporting the development of a highly motivated, successful team of Global Sales Operations Managers
and Sales Operations Specialists that deliver excellent, consistent work across their job roles. You will focus on capacity management (including holiday authorisation, retention and recruitment), driving productivity and internal business communications.

* Undertake capacity planning management to support workload distribution, including working with the Sales Orgs on the most productive use of the department’s capacity and minimise friction points.* Monitor recruitment and attrition and ensures quarterly recruitment requirements are communicated to the Head of Sales Operations and Ticketing in a timely manner for the HR planning meetings* Supporting Sales Operations Managers development as part of succession planning within the team, including apprenticeship mentoring as required* Set and review objectives for team and create development plans* Responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the team through consistent management of performance, regular feedback and coaching to ensure productivity levels meet the KPI targets set* Creating department level internal business communications to ensure clear channels of communication between Sales Operations and other departments in the business.* Create a culture of engagement, collaboration and open communication within team.* With a holistic view of the department, drive continuous process improvement in line with department and company objectives* Supporting the with the execution of project tasks as needed/ad hoc tasks|
