Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist for our Fort Worth, Texas location. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, which is vital for efficient logistics and supply chain management. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to verify stock accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels and report any shortages or excesses.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory items.
  • Assist with receiving and put-away processes to ensure correct inventory capture.
  • Generate inventory reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to improve inventory accuracy.
  • Perform tasks that may involve some physical movement and Lifting of inventory items.
  • Adhere to all Safety regulations and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse management, or a related logistics role is required.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with performing physical inventory counts and data entry.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment, which may involve standing and moderate Lifting.
  • Commitment to upholding Safety standards and procedures.
