Class B Vacuum Truck Route Driver , where you'll manage a customer route and efficiently operate a Vacuum Truck to collect and transport industrial waste from various locations such as automotive repair shops and quick oil change businesses to designated disposal sites. Company-funded training and tuition reimbursement. Key Responsibilities: Ensure health and safety practices are prioritized, complying with all related policies and procedures. Visit 10-12 customer sites daily while engaging in manual labor to meet customer needs. Timely completion of scheduled services, deliveries, and pickups. Accurately complete documentation and labeling as required. Generate and collect leads for new products and services from existing customers. Offer additional products and services to existing accounts. Actively seek out new customers along your assigned route. Maintain primary account ownership for assigned customer base. Ensure customer satisfaction during service interactions. Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines. Safely operate the vehicle in accordance with U.S. DOT and corporate guidelines. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: Valid Class B CDL. Must obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days of employment. Ability to utilize various mobile devices. Willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather conditions. Capable of performing physical tasks as required. Must pass background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments. Comply with OSHA Respiratory Protection standards, with relevant facial hair requirements. Preferred: Experience as a commercial driver. Prior Hazmat and Tanker endorsements. Experience in Hazmat handling. Prior route driving experience. Ability to operate a manual transmission. Background in business-to-business sales. Strong customer service skills.
