Perform thorough inspections of homes, both interior and exterior – training included! Provide informed recommendations to customers based on inspection findings and clearly set expectations. Utilize an iPad for preparing sales agreements and organizational purposes – training available! Innovation Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required No experience required! Valid driver's license Willingness to earn the appropriate pesticide license/certification (company paid) Ability to work independently in the field and engage positively with clients Physical Work Environment: Applicants must be capable of meeting physical job requirements with or without accommodations. Specifically: Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
