About
Outside Sales Representative , your responsibility will be to understand and effectively sell Orkin's products and services across various industries. You will make strategic recommendations to both new and existing clients to prevent pest issues, ensure quality and safety, and comply with regulatory standards. Building trusted relationships through problem-solving and empathetic communication will be your key to customer satisfaction. You will: Prioritize safety

problem-solver for commercial customers, utilizing comprehensive training to recommend the best,
innovative
solutions tailored to each client. Achieve sales goals by prospecting new business and engaging with assigned leads. Utilize marketing tools to drive business development. Conduct comprehensive inspections of clients’ properties—we will teach you how! Offer tailored recommendations based on your inspections and provide clear explanations and expectations to ease client concerns regarding their pest programs. Use the company-provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and maintain organization—we will provide training on this as well! Minimum Requirements: No experience required! Sales experience preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent necessary. Valid driver’s license is a must. Willingness to obtain necessary pesticide licensing/certification (company-paid). Capacity to work independently in the field and engage with customers in their businesses and/or homes. Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform duties with or without accommodations: Safely utilize a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity. Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Safely access crawl spaces, attics, and confined areas, including the ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
