Your Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive inspections of homes (from attics to crawl spaces) Establish trust by clearly explaining findings and recommending optimal treatment options Close sales by highlighting the value, protection, and long-term benefits of Orkin's services Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad Work independently, prioritize your schedule, and optimize leads and self-generated opportunities Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity throughout the process What’s in it for You? Top performers can earn exclusive annual trips and advancement opportunities You Would Be a Great Fit If You: Have experience in Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management Enjoy meeting new people and solving real problems Are confident, competitive, and goal-oriented Can work independently and stay organized Are comfortable climbing, crawling, and working in varied weather conditions Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to obtain the necessary pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company-paid) Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
