Your Responsibilities: As a Sales Inspector, you will: Conduct thorough full-home inspections, assessing attics to crawl spaces Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommending treatment options Close sales by demonstrating the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services Manage your appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with an iPad provided by the company Work independently to prioritize your schedule and maximize leads Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity throughout the process What We Offer: Top Earning Potential:
First-year earnings typically range from $70,000 to $100,000 (base salary plus commission) Uncapped Commission:
