The role of the Nurse Manager involves managing 2 long-term care units/skilled nursing facilities. You are part of the leadership team and will have responsibility, authority and 24-hour accountability for the management of our residents/patients and all employee assigned to your units. You will be mentoring, teaching and following up with staff to validate care processes are being followed. We have great staffing and have designed this position so that you do not participate in admissions or care conferences.
