Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our bustling distribution center in Los Angeles, California, as Distribution Center Associates. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, involving a variety of tasks critical to ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Responsibilities include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
  • Stock products accurately into designated warehouse locations using RF scanners.
  • Pick products for customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
  • Load finished goods onto delivery trucks.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety rules.
  • Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Follow all guidelines for safe lifting and material handling.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics concepts is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
