Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Stock products accurately into designated warehouse locations using RF scanners.
- Pick products for customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Pack orders securely and prepare them for shipment.
- Load finished goods onto delivery trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Operate material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and order pickers (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring adherence to all safety rules.
- Wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Follow all guidelines for safe lifting and material handling.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and logistics concepts is a plus.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
