Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock received goods into appropriate warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification and training provided).
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Load outbound shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Follow all instructions for lifting and material handling to prevent injuries.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the distribution center.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and material handling procedures.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
