Responsibilities:
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks and storage areas.
  • Transport inventory to and from various departments within the warehouse.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment, reporting any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records by properly stocking and retrieving items.
  • Adhere to all warehouse Safety policies and procedures.
  • Wear and use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) diligently.
  • Follow directions from supervisors to ensure efficient workflow within the logistics team.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Handle tasks involving manual Lifting and material handling when required.

Qualifications:
  • Valid forklift operator certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of verifiable forklift operating experience in a warehouse setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to operational standards.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team structure.
  • Must be capable of standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
