About
Provides support and feedback to staff in order to coordinate daily activities and responsibilities. The ALS Supervisor will serve as a role model and facilitator in the department. Serves as a resource for ground/building maintenance at assigned rate. Responsible to maintain resource guide, orientation guide, and communication boards at assigned site. Will assist with quality structured feedback for all AAC providers in conjunction with the MICU Leadership. Maintains effective communication within the assigned sites and from the organization utilizing daily conference calls, postings, and direct employee feedback. Serves as the liaison from the Mobile ICU to Atlantic Mobile Health departments and to outside agencies. Assist with continuous quality improvement activities across the division in conjunction with the MICU Clinical Coordinator. Responsible for compliance with maintaining appropriate stock of supplies, medications, and maintaining all Bio-Med equipment according to manufacturing specifications. ALS Supervisor is responsible for inspections as assigned by the management team of Emergency Services division. Responsible for their section of the communications board updates. Responsible for assuring staff certifications are compliant with AAC policy and procedure manual Driving for prolong periods of time Other tasks as assigned by the MICU leadership team. Qualifications
Required: 1. High School Diploma 2. Previous supervisory experience preferred 3. 5 years ALS Clinical field experience preferred 4. Management experience a plus 5. Meet requirements of NJAC 8:41 regarding EMS/MICU Training/Certification requirements 6. Valid DL with clean driving record
7. ACLS/PALS/PHTLS or BTLS (instructor certification preferred)
8. NJ Paramedic or Mobile Intensive Care Nurse
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communications skills, written and oral Critical thinking and problem resolution skills Self-motivated and organized

About the Team
Atlantic Mobile Health is a non-profit corporation dedicated to providing the finest air and ground medical transportation services. We offer immediate and emergent response to municipalities and facilities, as well as non-emergency transportation for patients who need stretcher transportation. The MICU is an emergency response unit that augments the basic life-support therapies provided by local first aid squads and fire departments. Our Air and Ground teams provide some of the most advanced care available for scene emergencies and interfacility transport for our most complex and critical patients. The Patient Transfer Center offers a time-saving service for doctors and staff at any hospital who wish to consult with a specialist or initiate a patient transfer into any Atlantic Health Medical Center.
