Our mobile repair experts bring their services to you, accommodating your schedule and location. All our technicians are D.O.T. and brake certified and can perform various repairs and services. Responsibilities What You'll Do Carry out repairs and inspections on Class 6-8 trucks and trailers, including brakes, diagnostics, A/C systems, electrical systems, engine components, exhaust systems, after-treatment systems, lift-gates, and tires. Schedule and supervise all maintenance procedures, including preventive maintenance and DOT inspections. Repair or replace vehicle/trailer components. Open and close repair orders using a company-issued device. Acquire parts from local vendors and manage inventory on the service truck. Complete DOT forms and all other documentation accurately and promptly. Qualifications What You'll Need to Have A minimum of 3 years of diesel and trailer repair experience is preferred. Strong communication skills. Ability to work extended and/or irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, when necessary. Valid Driver's License required. Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and planning abilities. Competence in using a computer/tablet for electronic work order processing. A minimum of 2 years of experience in performing annual federal inspections and brake inspections. At least 2 years of experience in truck/trailer maintenance and repair or an equivalent mix of experience and education. Basic computer skills. Possession of proper tools is necessary. What Will Help You Stand Out High school education or equivalent. Certifications in relevant areas are a plus. Welding experience. CDL is a plus. Working Conditions: * Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
