About

We are seeking a Sr. Network Engineer III to lead and support critical aspects of our network infrastructure, including capacity planning, architecture design, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of security processes. This position plays a key role in maintaining the health and efficiency of our network systems, contributing to project implementation, and collaborating cross-functionally to support our mission-critical operations in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct network review analysis, capacity planning, and recommend enhancements for infrastructure and security processes. Support network architecture design, including feasibility and cost studies. Perform ongoing maintenance of network infrastructure hardware, including firmware and software updates. Lead or contribute to project implementation efforts. Troubleshoot and provide escalation support for mission-critical systems on a rotational basis. Monitor and manage network health using industry-standard tools; analyze alerts and system performance metrics. Document and maintain up-to-date system procedures and operational protocols. Identify and recommend process improvements for greater operational efficiency. Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors Degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience:
5-8 years of relevant experience in network engineering, infrastructure support, or related IT fields. Technical Proficiency & Soft Skills:
Strong experience with IT systems/applications and end-user support. Proven expertise in network troubleshooting, performance tuning, and capacity analysis. Familiarity with network health monitoring tools and security frameworks. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on technical projects. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Strong project management capabilities with a results-driven mindset. Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with process improvement initiatives and system/tool development. Prior exposure to large-scale enterprise network environments or cloud-based infrastructure is a plus. Certifications
Not required, but industry certifications (e.g., CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent) are a plus.
