Health In Balance Physical Therapy, a thriving 21 year old private practice is looking for experienced PT candidates to join our energetic and growing organization. You’ll have clinical and business growth opportunities. We’re looking for a PT who is interested in not only treating patients, but is interested in getting actively involved in clinic growth by meeting with physicians and participating in community events. Qualifications should include:
* Licensed DPT with an ability to self manage and self motivate to achieve both team and individually set goals
* Ability to provide high quality, skilled patient care, consistent productivity, compliant documentation
* Ability to market both the organization as well as themselves as an individual provider based on the specialty skills they have to offer
* Ability to connect and identify with a diverse population who have limitations and pain and varied treatment needs
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable with a consistent analysis of personal productivity and the implementation of strategies for improvement when necessary
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Pelvic floor experience a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25 per week
