Position Overview:
The Customer Service and Inside Sales Development role is pivotal in enhancing our customer service and inside sales efforts. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this position focuses on delivering outstanding customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting special projects. The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement, sales development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsible for all computer input required for the position. Answer phone calls related to customer questions and resolve problems/ complaints. Take customer orders over the phone and write up orders and enter online. Provide verbal or written quotations to customers. Compile plant reports as needed. Provide Certificates of Conformance to customers, as requested. Must be familiar, and follow, all standard operating procedures and guidelines. Knowledge of how and where to locate procedures and forms relevant to this position. Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to grow market share and strengthen client relationships. Track and analyze sales metrics and customer data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize performance. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

Indoctrination and understanding of NRP's Quality Manual and specified requirements regarding job responsibilities. On-the-job training and experience in customer service or related work experience. Knowledge of products manufactured. Strong literacy and comprehension skills. Computer, telephone and customer service skills. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and related business tools Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Requirements
Education:
High school diploma or GED. 3-5 years of commercial experience. Completion of company indoctrination. Successful completion of safety training programs. Understanding of the company's Quality System and processes.
