We’re the go-to marketplace for digital learning, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-growing edtech marketplace that’s transforming how further education providers and corporate business discover and adopt learning technology. If you’re passionate about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and making an impact in the EdTech world, this is where you’ll thrive. Our approach is simple: help first, sell second. We believe the best partnerships are built on trust, creativity, and genuine value. What You’ll Do You’ll be a key player in our sales team, building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and shaping deals that make a real difference. Day-to-day, you’ll: * Identify and engage new clients across a range of further education verticals. * Manage the full sales cycle from first outreach to closing the deal. * Deliver standout presentations and proposals tailored to each client. * Build trusted relationships with C-Suite, HR, L&D, Finance and senior stakeholders. * Help clients link eLearning to their wider goals. * Own your targets and celebrate your wins (big and small). * Keep your pipeline spotless in HubSpot and forecast accurately. You’ll be given a fair level of autonomy but we’ll back you with everything you need to succeed. What You’ll Be Selling * LMS Platforms, ALS screening tools, digital bespoke and off the shelf learning content, AI automation tools. * Bespoke eLearning solutions — creative, high-impact learning experiences built around each client’s culture, values, and objectives. * What We’re Looking For We’re not hung up on CVs or degrees — we care about drive, curiosity, and results. Must-haves: * 2+ years of proven B2B sales success (ideally in L&D, SaaS, or professional services). * A solid track record of generating and closing new business. * Confidence selling both off-the-shelf and custom solutions. * Commercially sharp, organised, and target-driven. * Excellent consultative sales skills and the ability to engage senior decision-makers. * Nice-to-haves: * Experience selling into Education, HR, L&D, or Talent functions. * Background in eLearning, EdTech, or digital content. * Familiarity with procurement processes and CRM tools (especially HubSpot). * What You’ll Get We’re big believers in rewarding hard work — and making work a great place to be. * Unlimited holidays * Free gym membership * Internal mentoring & external training * Team days out & social events * And most importantly: * Work hard, stay ambitious, and have fun doing it. * Be kind, creative, and resilient. * Celebrate every success. * Make a difference — to yourself, your team, and the sector
