We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled and experienced Mid-Senior Developer to join our dynamic team and enable the business to scale up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, with a proven ability to design, implement, and maintain complex applications. Reporting to the Principle Developer, as a Mid-Senior Developer, you will play a pivotal role in driving our projects forward, collaborating with carbon consulting colleagues to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

* Manage and work on the product roadmap
* Collaborate with carbon consulting team and the exec team to define project requirements and specifications.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and maintain high code quality.
* Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance performance and user experience.
* Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team remains at the forefront of innovation.
* Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
* Proficiency with the below tech stack is essential.
