Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to secure favorable terms. Collaborate with mortgage brokers, inspectors, and other industry experts. Guide clients on property preparation, staging, and enhancements. Provide continuous client support and follow-up to foster long-term relationships. Utilize real estate software and CRM tools for lead and transaction management. Compensation: Full Commission ($50000 - $100000 yearly) Real estate professionals earn through completing transactions. As you close more deals, your income increases. With a few years of dedicated work, it is common for a Real Estate Agent to earn between $50000 and $100000 yearly or even more. The more effort you invest in building a client base, the more income you will generate.
