Clearway Health emerged as a solution from Boston Medical Center to improve access to care, provide personal support and manage the complex specialty medication needs of vulnerable patients and their families. We partner with hospitals, health systems and the communities they care for to accelerate their specialty pharmacy programs. Under the supervision of the Director of Enterprise Data, this individual will lead the architecture and development of Clearway's data model, emphasizing scalability, standardization and cohesion across disparate data sources. Essential Responsibilities / Duties: Develop scalable data infrastructure: Design and implement Snowflake data pipelines to ingest and transform diverse client, internal and third-party data sets into a robust data warehouse, ensuring reliability, scalability and performance. Build a world-class data platform: Implement security, compliance, and governance standards for privacy forward data storage and access control. Strategic collaboration for business insights: Partner with business users to ensure the data ecosystem provides actionable and reliable insights into critical business metrics. Data quality drives patient outcomes: Develop automated data quality checks to ensure the right data enters the platform. Ensure data and results are accessible, scalable, efficient, accurate, and complete. Continuous learning: Stay up-to-date with emerging data engineering trends, tools and technologies. Education: Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics or related analytical field required. A bachelor's degree in a different field with equivalent work experience may be considered. Knowledge and Skills: Exceptional architectural acumen: Deep experience designing and optimizing batch ELT pipelines (preferably within dbt), employing best practices for scalability and reliability. Leadership and mentorship skills: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and inspire engineers, fostering professional growth and building high-performance teams. Cross-functional collaboration: Adept at partnering with analysts, BI developers and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with strategic business goals. Innovative problem-solving: A creative thinker who thrives on tackling complex challenges in dynamic, fast-paced environments
