Industry expertise : Packaging or related manufacturing experience.
Strategic thinker : Strong understanding of UK & European markets.
Influencer : Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Tech‑savvy : CRM and reporting proficiency.
Location : Within 60 minutes of Aylesbury, willing to travel 30–50%.
