Sales Engineer – CHP / Gas Upgrading up to £50K + benefits UK-based (hybrid / travel as required) MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Senior Sales Engineer for a well-established provider of CHP and decentralised energy solutions. This role will support the continued growth of UK operations, focusing on technically led sales across CHP and power generation projects. Responsibilities
Developing and managing sales opportunities across CHP and power generation projects Acting as the technical lead during the sales process, supporting feasibility studies, proposals, and bid submissions Working closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders Supporting contract negotiations and contributing to overall sales strategy Identifying new market opportunities and supporting business growth within the energy sector Other duties as required Qualifications
To be considered for this role you should have : Proven experience in a Sales Engineer or similar technical-commercial role Strong industry experience within CHP, power generation
