This is a great opportunity for an experienced Data Administrator/Data Coordinator to join our award winning friendly team on a 12 month FTC based in South Leicestershire, LE19.
*Key responsibilities of the Data Administrator/ Data Coordinator include:*
* Process driven administration tasks, start to end
* High volume data processing, logging and updating internal systems, databases and Excel spreadsheets, data management
* Checking and cross referencing data and systems
* Pulling across data from one platform to another, filtering, sorting
* Liaising across internal teams via phone and email
* Assisting customers with enquiries via phone and email
* Managing a high volume of work, meeting required deadlines and ensuring 100% accuracy
*Skills & Experience required from the Data Administrator/ Data Coordinator:*
* Previous experience of working in a process driven environment
* Previous experience of high volume data processing, logging information, maintaining and updating systems
* Previous experience of using multiple systems/databases at any one time
* Competent, experienced administrator
* Previous experience of liaising with customers/ clients and building relationships
* Good working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, v look ups), Outlook and Word
* Ability to handle a high volume workload , remain calm & focused, meet deadlines required
* Ability to develop good working relationships, work well in a team but have initiative to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise, multi task and manage changing priorities
* Driving licence preferred (due to location)
*Hours:*
Monday-Friday, 9-5pm, 35 hours/week
Office based role for 6 months due to training and ongoing support. From here, hybrid working.
This role would suit a competent Data Administrator, Data Coordinator, Customer Service Administrator, Administration Officer, Business Support.

* Do you have experience of working in an environment where delivery to deadlines is a critical feature?

* Can you commit to a 12 month FTC, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, office based for 6 months (before moving to hybrid working)?
* Do you have experience of building relationships with customers/clients?
