- Operate forklifts to move palletized loads, raw materials, and finished goods.
- Load and unload trucks and containers with precision and care.
- Perform pre-operation checks and routine maintenance on forklifts.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and locations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and use of required PPE.
- Support shipping and receiving departments as needed.
- Assist with warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Ability to handle substantial lifting as required for inventory management.
- Ensure efficient logistics by timely and accurate movement of goods.
- Certified Forklift Operator with documented experience.
- Proficiency in operating various types of forklifts.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and logistics best practices.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including significant lifting.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as business needs dictate.
- Demonstrated commitment to a safety-first culture.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
