Our Miami, Florida location is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our skilled workforce. This is a critical role that ensures the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to transport materials, load and unload trucks, and stack inventory. Your expertise in maneuvering heavy loads and maintaining operational safety is paramount. Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (e.g., sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move palletized goods.
- Load and unload trucks and trailers efficiently.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and arrange inventory in racks and storage locations.
- Perform pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working order.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs immediately.
- Assist with inventory management and organization.
- Follow all Safety guidelines and procedures, including wearing required PPE .
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Proven experience operating forklifts.
- Valid forklift operator certification or license.
- Ability to perform Lifting of materials as needed, up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and material handling.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
- Commitment to adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to wear required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
- Must be able to work shifts as scheduled.
