We are seeking diligent Warehouse Workers to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, encompassing a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking and preparing shipments. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as trained (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform inventory checks and assist with stocktaking.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Practice safe lifting techniques for all items handled, up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices is beneficial.
- Must be comfortable with manual labor and material handling.
