Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our dynamic logistics team in Orlando, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and shipping a wide variety of products. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a high level of productivity and order accuracy. Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus, but not required as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring protection against damage.
  • Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
  • Operate handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock replenishment.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in lifting and moving packages of various sizes and weights, adhering to safe lifting techniques.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations in a warehouse setting is preferred.
  • Must be able to perform tasks requiring moderate to heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs).
