Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Specialist for our Phoenix, Arizona location. This critical role ensures the accuracy and integrity of our inventory, playing a vital part in our overall **logistics** operations. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, managing stock rotation, and implementing inventory control procedures. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct frequent cycle counts and physical inventories.
  • Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Monitor stock levels, identify reorder needs, and manage stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO).
  • Develop and implement inventory control procedures to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Train warehouse staff on inventory control best practices and **PPE** usage.
  • Collaborate with receiving and shipping departments to ensure proper handling of goods.
  • Ensure all **safety** regulations are strictly followed.
  • Assist with **lifting** and moving inventory during audits and adjustments.
  • Contribute to the overall optimization of our **logistics** processes.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to **lift** up to 50 pounds.
  • Thorough understanding of **safety** protocols and **PPE** in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
