Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock merchandise accurately into warehouse locations.
- Pick products for orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Pack orders carefully and securely for shipment.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch and coordinate with carriers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and **PPE** requirements.
- Assist with **lifting** and moving of products throughout the distribution center.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of **logistics** operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment.
- Ability to operate various warehouse equipment.
- Strong **lifting** capabilities, able to handle up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of warehouse **safety** procedures and **PPE**.
- Basic understanding of **logistics** and inventory principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
