Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
  • Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all items are accounted for and packaged correctly.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and operational excellence.
  • Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Support overall logistics functions and contribute to efficient supply chain management.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Knowledge of safe lifting techniques is crucial.
  • Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
