Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all items are accounted for and packaged correctly.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and potentially forklifts (certification may be required/provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, focusing on safety and operational excellence.
- Utilize required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Support overall logistics functions and contribute to efficient supply chain management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of safe lifting techniques is crucial.
- Willingness to consistently wear required PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
