Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Store products in designated areas, ensuring proper organization and stock rotation.
- Pick items accurately based on order tickets, using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items carefully and securely for shipment, using appropriate materials.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks, ensuring correct staging and labeling.
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Adhere strictly to all safety procedures and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stocktaking as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different warehouse tasks.
