Job Summary:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for logistics? Our Phoenix, Arizona facility is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards. This critical role involves managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management and safety protocols. Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance and support.
  • Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Ensure efficient workflow and productivity targets are met.
  • Implement and enforce all safety regulations and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Train new employees on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
  • Address any operational issues or conflicts that may arise.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
