Join our dedicated team as a Shipping Clerk in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the accurate and timely processing of all outgoing shipments. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, and ensuring that all packages are correctly labeled and dispatched. This role is critical to maintaining the flow of our logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the warehouse team to track shipments, resolve any discrepancies, and maintain accurate shipping records. Responsibilities include: generating shipping labels and manifests; verifying package contents against orders; scheduling pickups with various shipping carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS); maintaining a clean and organized shipping area; communicating with customers and internal departments regarding shipment status; and assisting with inventory control as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with shipping software is a plus.
