About
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Austin, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, verifying product information, and safely packing items for shipment. You will utilize a variety of equipment, including hand-held scanners, and may be trained on pallet jacks. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to workplace **Safety**, is paramount. This position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of basic inventory principles and excellent organizational skills are a plus. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, and possess a strong work ethic. Experience with order fulfillment systems is beneficial, but not required as extensive training will be provided. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from designated locations.
- Verify product codes and quantities against order slips.

- Apply shipping labels and prepare packages for transit.

- Operate warehouse equipment as trained, including scanners.
- Contribute to overall team goals and efficiency.
- Ensure proper **PPE** is worn at all times.
