Your responsibilities will include receiving, staging, and distributing materials, operating forklifts and other equipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, possess excellent organizational skills, and have a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts or other equipment.
- Stage materials for production or shipment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize material flow.
- Contribute to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of heavy items, up to 60 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to PPE requirements.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
