Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art distribution center in Houston, Texas. This role is crucial to our logistics network, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include picking items from shelves, packing them securely for shipment, managing inventory levels, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
  • Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection.
  • Process and prepare outgoing shipments.
  • Conduct inventory counts and update system records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
  • Operate material handling equipment as required (training available).
  • Adhere to all company Safety regulations and procedures.
  • Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming goods.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet daily targets.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting tasks, including items up to 50 lbs.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is beneficial.
  • Must be able to work in a dynamic and sometimes physically demanding environment.
  • Commitment to following Safety procedures and wearing required PPE.
  • Flexibility to work different shifts if needed.
